PPU and Bofill Mir advise on Finnish mining service deal in Chile

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Chile) has helped Finnish industrial machinery company Metso acquire the services division of Chilean mining technology company HighService.
HighService Service turned to Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana Abogados for the deal, which closed on 2 May with no value disclosed.
HighService Service provides mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance services for the mining sector.
It also has operations in Argentina and Brazil.
